This Website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others help us understand how the site is used so that we can improve it. This section explains what each group does, and the section below it explains how to control them.
Sign-in and session management, security, and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off, because the site cannot function without them.
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Mixpanel. These record page views, which pages and features are used, approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type. We use this to see which parts of the site are useful and which need work.
Hotjar. This builds aggregate heatmaps of where visitors click and scroll, and may record individual sessions — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and the pages visited — so that we can find usability problems. Recordings are used only for diagnosing and improving the site. They are never used for advertising and are not sold or shared with advertisers.
On the Team Isha sign-up and marketing pages only, we use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure whether our advertising is reaching the right audience. These are not used on agent and broker websites.
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, every optional cookie — analytics, session analytics and advertising — stays switched off, without you having to do anything else.
We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on how they are configured, some analytics and advertising cookies may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can ask us to stop that at any time using the contact information in this document, and we will apply your request both to your browser and to any account you hold with us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of this site from working.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact information in this document. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you.
Emails sent from this Website — including newsletters, listing alerts and campaign emails — may contain a small tracking image and tracked links. These tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so that we can tell which messages are useful and stop sending ones that are not.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email. We may still send you transactional messages, such as confirming an action you took or a change to your account.
If you would rather not be tracked at all, most email clients can be set to block remote images, which prevents open tracking.
